As a Senior Talent Consultant you will offer your expertise to Fuzu by helping improve our business performance in terms of operations, change management, structure and strategy.

This role will ideally be full time with an option for part-time putting in at least 20 hours per week. This is a temporary role for 4-5 months, however, can be extended and/or made into a permanent position should both parties agree .

Responsibilities

• Supporting in establishing processes to ensure Fuzu employer clients consistently find the talent they need from the Fuzu platform
• Developing guidelines for Fuzu to support employer clients to position their brand as the employer of choice in the market
• Developing best-practice talent assessment guidelines to support in generating customized aptitude tests on behalf of clients
• Developing coaching framework and/or handbook to support existing and new B2B team members to understand how to think about Talent Acquisition like a HR professional in East Africa
• Supporting in improving the process and final deliverable of the Fuzu end-to-end recruitment product
• Support the Fuzu Management Team in reshaping the existing team structure to enable rapid scale
• Work directly with Fuzu Head of HR to establish HR processes and policies as Fuzu rapidly scales over the next 5-6 months


Desired Qualities:
• Experienced Talent Professional with at least 7+ years of Experience in Kenya
• An ideal candidate would have HR consulting experience or have substantial experience across 3-5 industries
• An ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 years of experience outside of East Africa
• Experience with People Development, Talent Management, Organizational Design and Change Management as well as Process Development

Job Requirements

Required education: Post-graduate education
Required relevant work experience: 10 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
