A Technical intern must have:
· Strong, proven, technical skills and understanding of open source tools and platforms
(including client, cloud, and web)· Executive presence and ability to influence business leaders through business value propositions
· Experience with technology platforms and developing innovative solutions
· Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
· Strong start-up relationship management and solution development skills
· Effective communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
· Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through
· Deep customer empathy and a passion for new technologies
· Bachelor’s degree desired (Computer Science, Business IT)


responsibilities include:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning - Contribute to Recruitment strategic planning for the region and coordinate recruitment experts with our leadership. Target start-ups to fill solution gaps.
Research and analyse potential new start-ups. Seek and articulate market insights about our chief competitors.

Share best practices on start-up recruitment.Recruit net-new Start-ups - Contact target start-ups to evangelize profitability of MS relationship, MS value proposition, and quantify market opportunity for the start-up. Coordinate
engagement of Microsoft team required to enable/skill up the start-up and manage solution
development ( and technical teams).

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: one month
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
