  1. Prepare the Comprehensive Information Pack;
  2. Collect and collate data on Tax Disputes and ADR;
  3. Maintain CTDR database/ record keeping of ADR deliberations;
  4. Draft settlement agreements after conclusion of ADR meetings;
  5. Prepare minutes’/progress reports of deliberations during ADR facilitation meetings;
  6. Assist in the Administration, monitoring and compliances function of the division;
