We are leveraging on platform economies, fin-tech and emerging technologies like to achieve this transformation.
Our focus market includes emerging countries in Africa and South America with over a 10% middle class, mature SME’s, good adoption of Internet and Mobile and a fragmented Health Market Place. Job Summary
Position Level : Management Level
Organizational Relationship: Functional reporting to the CEO with 2 direct reports
Compensation: Kshs 1,600 per Hour Monthly hourly based pay inclusive sweat equity contribution + Project Milestone Bonus Approx Kshs 380,000 per annum on delivered KPI’s + Long Term Sweat Equity Kshs 1,890,000 (36 Month Vesting Period)
Payment Model: Monthly pay with a 208+ hours/month work schedule. Extra hours over 208 Hours billable at an agreed rate per hour.
Special Attributes: Entrepreneur mindset, developing complex diverse offsite and onsite teams, managing under chaos. Passionate about technology and its possibilities. Highly Disciplined.
Weekly Work Structure: 2-3 day /week office desk-based work and +3 days/week telecommute
Qualifications – Talent & HR Manager
  • BachelorsMaster’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management or any related degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR role
  • Member of IHRM and holder of practising certificate
  • Highly creative with relationship building and people motivation
  • Cultural steward and able to carry the entrepreneurship mantle

3. MAIN TASK : RESOURCE PLANNING & RECRUITMENT

  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)

  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

  • Introduce new staff to a buddy
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for onboarding of new staff
  • Internal systems setup - Email, Timesheet system, Dropbox, Door Access, Teamwork App, Printing
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for the provision of required tools of the trade
  • Prepare post-induction reports
  • Provide line managers with post probation assessment forms for the purpose of assessment and action on the outcome as directed

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
