4Life Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Engineer/Technician for the role of Polymer/Chemical/Industrial Process Engineer in the production of blow-molded items in East Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production facilities of regional partners, providing technical process support, conducting product quality control, and reporting back to the head office in Denmark. Additionally, the incumbent will establish and implement regional test protocols for unused, used, and aged products in controlled natural service environments
- Visit and supervise production facilities of regional partners in East Africa.
Report findings and recommendations to the head office in Denmark.
Establish and implement regional test protocols for products.
Maintain constant communication with partners in Nairobi/Mombasa (Kenya), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), and Kampala (Uganda).
Travel to partner locations as required.
Qualifications:
Preferably experience in Thermoforming.
Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering or diploma in Plastics Technology.
Knowledge of PP and PE materials & processing.
Excellent English language and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good social skills.
