M-Kopa is looking for a Telesales team lead to ensure that the Telesales Representatives (TSRs) are able to reach out to a wider customer base for our products and services. The Team Leader is expected to lead the TSRs and continuallly find ways of improving the service we provide our customers through skill, experience, ingenuity and tenaciousness in order to meet the set targets.
- Lead and manage the team to meet the sales targets.
-Develop the team so that they become increasingly capable and skilled.
- Understand the business function of the team you will be leading , how it fits into the goals of M-KOPA and improve the performance of it.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Strong personal communication skills and influencing skills.
-Highly developed analytical skills.
-Proven team leader skills including both management and leadership.
-Has developed soft skills that allow the Team Leader to meaningfully develop the Telesales Representative team.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
-Proactive, confident, energetic and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and use good organisation skills.
-Mentoring/coaching skills experience.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Team leader skills.
-Problem solving and decision making skills.
-Exposure to calling an open minded base will be preferred.
