Job Summary

We are looking for a technician with the following qualifications:
• Certificate in automotive/mechanical engineering and above

• Alumni of National Youth Service
• 2 years + experience in automotive wiring
• Valid Driving License – Class FG (Motorbike)
• Good command of English and Kiswahili
• Unquestionable integrity
• Team player
• Be able to work with minimal or no supervision
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.


  1. Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
  2. Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
  3. Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
  4. Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
  5. Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
  6. Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
  7. Keep logs on work and issues
  8. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
