We are seeking to recruit a Trade Marketing Manager, reporting to The Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate should be commercial minded and demonstrate the ability to lead. He/ she must also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate high intergrity and professional ethics and make decisions on the role in a prudent manner. Responsible for executing the trade marketing strategies across key channels, manage the 4P’s and develop channel strategies for MRM.Qualifications
- Create trade marketing plans and allocate the A&P budget across all channels and products
Segment the customer base and work closely with the sales team to optimize channel strategies and maximize ROI
Work closely with the marketing team to commercialize brand plans
Drive brand awareness across various categories and products on trade
Execute the trade marketing plans across regions
Attend and present at trade shows and events on behalf of the business
Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content
Manage and motivate the trade marketing officers
Report on data and industry trends relating to competition
Review post-mortems to refine and inform future promotional programs
Monitor competitive activity to refine strategy and preserve market share
Develop and maintain master promotional calendar to track activity across all channels to prevent conflicts and drive revenue.
Oversee specific retail and distributor loyalty program developments and implementation across channels
