Job Summary

The job holder will be accountable for ensuring clients/brokers receive back office and front office support to enable smooth administration and
achieve excellent customer experience for the internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

1.  Maintaining up to date(within the stipulated TAT) and an accurate membership database for all schemes(Fully Insured, Hybrid ,Fully SelfFunded)
   
2. Verification of client membership data within the stipulated TAT
   
3.  Re – indexing of all relevant membership DME documents
   
4.  Verification of claims on DME
   
5.  Verification of claims status during member deletion
   
6. Co –ordinate preparation and dispatch of medical and smart cards(new members & card replacements) within the stipulated TAT
   
7.  Preparation and issuing debit and credit notes within the stipulated TAT to the client/broker/Jubilee Insurance Accounts department while observing due process
   
8.  Attending to customers and addressing their queries within the set TAT
   
9. Preparation of work reports(weekly,monthly,quarterly)
   
10. Filing
