Job Summary

UpShara is an innovative program created and refined through Yusudi's experiences and demand amongst young people. It is unique because it is practical, interactive, and because of each customised approach each of our trainers takes based on your learning needs.
Our bootcamp goal is to inspire, build confidence and equip budding freelancers to start-up and progress on the path to self discovery and self employment. This program is therefore designed, for all aspiring freelancers who are looking for self employment and independence away from the 8.00am-5.00pm desk jobs.
By the end of the Bootcamp, you will be able to

  • Identify your personal potential for freelance career and set clear manageable goals
  • Analyze and select the right niche and target audience in the market
  • Set their freelance pricing and build a portfolio
  • Build a brand as a freelance professional
  • Create winning profiles and proposals to attract clients
  • Plan and fulfill freelance career growth to gain freedom and desired income


The bootcamp will run for a period of four weeks, starting on Saturday 17th of March 2018. You as a participant, will go through twelve training hours. The days and timings of the sessions are as follows:

  • Saturdays (2:00 pm - 5:00 p.m)
We provide a flexible payment plan for every participant. The full fee of KES 20,000 is to be paid as follows:
  • KES 1,000 will be paid as a committment fee upon signing of contract.
  • KES 9,000 to be paid by mid-program (25th February 2018).
  • The remaining KES 10,000 will be paid through a 15% commission of every freelance project the program graduate receives after training, until the balance is cleared.
In addittion to training, we also offer you:
