To monitor and periodically audit the suitability of the systems and process flow in relation to the set technical thresholds.
Responsibilities
To monitor and periodically audit the suitability of the systems and process flow in relation to the set technical thresholds.
Developing the QMS; Working alongside the Food safety and HACCP team to
make recommendations through drafting and interpreting the quality assurance
standards, policies and procedures.Monitoring the implementation of the QMS; through analyzing data to
identify areas of improvement, reviewing the efficiency of laid down quality
systems to counter inadequacies.Developing trainings and trainings matrices; training and support
to quality team members and other concerned persons.
Developing sampling plans and procedures for testing the quality of a
product and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
Implementing Food
Safety standards to comply with food safety regulations.Overseeing general undertakings and processes in the Quality department.
Responsible for
maintaining a long-term continuity of quality and safety of products.
Investigating and analyzing the principal causes of customer complaints
and non-conformances, while ensuring that a resolution is found; recommend and
monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Ensuring all
documents are correctly filled out by the respective persons and that all nonconformance's noted have the corrective actions taken and signed off.Planning,
coordinating and participating in both internal and external audits.
Responsible for the quality
of both raw materials and finished products.Coordinating and
supporting on-site audits conducted by external service providers.Presenting to the
Management audit findings and implementing appropriate corrective actions.Monitoring that all
laid down company policies related to quality are observed e.g., the various policies.Routine monitoring
to ensure the facility and equipment are in good condition for the day-to-day
operations.Reporting any
non-compliance including any evidence of unsafe or out of specification product
or raw materials to the Management. Any other duty as
may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
