Requirements for appointment.

For appointment to this position the candidate must:

• Have an earned Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited and recognized University.
  
• Be registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya and have a valid membership certificate.
  
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.
  

OR

• Have a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited and recognized University with at least three (3) years teaching experience at University level.
  
• A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers
  
• Be registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya and have a valid membership certificate.
  
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.
