Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Leadership are an added advantage.
- At least 15 years' proven experience in FMCG sales, including senior sales leadership roles.
- Must be a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).
