Manage and supervise Accounts Team Viz. Purchase,2.
Ensure financial records are maintained incompliance with accepted policies and procedures.3.
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording andanalysis of financial transactions.4.
Resolve accounting discrepancies andirregularities.5.
Reconciliation and analysis of general ledger,creditor’s ledger, debtor’s ledger, intercompany accounts and stock ledger onregular and continuous basis.6.
Preparation and posting of accountreconciliation, month end and year end journal entries viz. AccrualsProvisions, Prepaid, Foreign Exchange Fluctuation, Depreciation and Salary.7.
Preparation and filling of legal and statutoryreports.8.
Ensure compliance with legal laws &regulation and statutory deadline met.9.
Prepare schedules for monthly reviews andyear-end audit.10.
Make sure that all financial reporting deadlinesare met.11.
Develop and maintain financial analysis.12.
Produced MIS reports with agreed deadline.13.
Any other duties of Group companies assignedfrom time to time.
