The Finance Controller is responsible for managing all financial aspects within the OpCo, including financial accounting, taxation, financial planning, analysis, and management reporting. They will oversee the implementation of financial strategy for the OpCo. Furthermore, they will ensure that OpCos maintain the highest financial management standards, financial discipline, streamlined processes, and compliance with internal control systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline is preferred.
- A Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACCA).
- Big Four experience a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 8+ years of financial management experience five years at the senior management level, in an operation that has a minimum of $75m revenue.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Good understanding of Country Taxation Legislation.
- Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and link it to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-geographic team.
- Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other finance team members.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
