position that involves building and managing relationships with companies to
allow Good Vision to organize free eye check-up activities for their employees.


2.0. Duties & Responsibilities


2.1. Manage Partnerships

· Identify potential partners for outreach and sales campaigns within the geographic zone or segment assigned

· Organize outreaches and other sales campaigns aiming at screening employees with eye problems and distributing eyeglasses on the premises of companies (Factories, Manufacturing etc.)

· Approach local decision-makers as well as other local key figures or public servants and convince them of the utility of vision improvements; ask for their permission and support in organizing eye camps

· Pay attention to the respect of our quality and security standards during the partnerships; intervene, when necessary, in the operation sequence to ensure compliance with the law, and product standards.

· Report the status of planned activities and the commercial results to the company as per company international standards

· Propose new and innovative sales techniques in keeping with the humanitarian objectives of the Company.


· Be the responsible contact and support person for the campaigns; ensure the communication with the institutions where they are taking place and being carried out


2.2. Marketing

· Prepare and organize the course of the campaign, and materials needed and plan the operations

· Contribute to the definition and evolution of the marketing and sales strategy of the Company.


3.0. Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Business Management or related field.

· A minimum of 2 years related work experience in B2B Business Development, management, marketing, partnerships or related field

· NGO experience is a plus as well as working experiences in B2B partnerships

· Experience working with diverse teams and multicultural environments, as well as the ability to work with partners using effective interpersonal and communication skills.

· Experience in engaging with multiple partners diplomatically and building meaningful strategic relationships.
