Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience of which minimum 3 years experience in skilling.
  • Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and business development skills
  • Bachelor or Masters’ degree from tier 1 college or strong practical experience. MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in Fundraising for large/medium size Social Enterprise/ NGO from CSR for skilling Projects*
  • Prior experience in Fundraising from Funders/ Bilaterals/ Multilaterals/ CSR Aggregators and Industry/Large Foundations for skilling projects*
  • Prior experience of creating end to end proposal, RFP, writing proposals against Tender and contracts of minimum 0.5 mn USD*

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Lead growth strategies and plans for Centum
  • Search business opportunities, reach out to NGOs, Funders, CSR with viable income & increase the client base
  • Reach out and develop a network of Subject Matter Experts, Content teams, Trainers against the Project Development Requirements
  • Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery/Operation team, Finance team and HR team to come up with a competitive proposal response
  • Create innovative business proposals, concept notes for identified Projects
  • Negotiate with all stakeholders including Funding Organizations, Accreditation agencies etc
  • Identify & map business strengths and customer needs and develop strategies for Gap fulfilment
  • Draft and review contracts
  • Report successes and improvement areas
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients under the Social Enterprise vertical and ensure upselling and cross selling
