Requirements

- Manage the technology team, ensuring their proficiency level and technology expertise;
- Oversee the design and implementation of systems and applications, ensuring that they are efficient, secure, and scalable;
- Ensure that the technology infrastructure is up-to-date and meets industry standards;
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions;
- Conduct performance reviews for technology team members and provide feedback on performance and development opportunities;
- Validate and verify requirements in the enterprise chain, ensuring that they are aligned with business needs and goals;
- Interview candidates for stream and substream software engineer positions, evaluating their technical skills;
- Manage the QA stream in the department, ensuring that quality standards are met and processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Onboard and offboard stream and substream software engineers, providing training and support to ensure a smooth integration;
- Synchronize priorities across the organization, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives and goals.
- Manage goals for stream and substream engineers, setting targets and tracking progress to ensure that they are met;
- Provide technical validation of requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically feasible and optimal;
- Optimize applications and technical solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to improve performance and efficiency;
