Role: Customer Value Management Analyst reporting to Analytics Manager

We are looking for a CVM Associate who will be responsible for supporting and implementing customer retention strategies focused on delivering business targets for retention, Active Days, ARPU, increasing loyalty, upsell and cross-sell, customer lifecycle management/engagement. Complete and up-to-date understanding of the customer base behavior and trends.

Key Qualification, Competencies and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in Commercial or Marketing experience.
  • experience in the Customer Journey, churn retention, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experienced in CRM tools and CVM engines.
  • BSC in Business, Marketing, Statistics/ Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Skilled in SQL/Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to influence business decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support in Designing and executing programs to drive acquisition, usage, and retention
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of all marketing key KPIs.
  • Provide forecasts of Key Customer KPIs.
  • Campaign Management
  • Subscriber Base Management
  • Design promotional Offers to promote stickiness to wasoko and increased frequency of usage of wasoko products.
  • Understand the impact of any campaign launched on the basis of Target Group / Control Group net impact
  • Support in Designing programs and processes that capture customer pain points and solutions on the same.
