- have Master's degree in relevant discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university;
- have Computer skills in relevant packages;
- have 10 years relevant laboratory working experience
- be registered and licensed by the relevant professional body; and
- demonstrated outstanding ability in handling laboratory service
