For direct appointment to this grade, an candidate must:
- have Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution;
- have Computer skills in relevant packages from a recognized institution;
- have at least 6 years relevant laboratory working experience
- be registered and licensed by the relevant professional body; and
- Demonstrate outstanding ability in handling laboratory service
