You have worked in a digital marketing agency environment and have been familiar with engaging clients through predictions, plans, brainstorms, and results. You are prepared to inform the creative, messaging, targeting, and other audience metrics in service of a performing campaign.

  • Translate client business, brand, or campaign objectives into digital media objectives.

  • Develop and implement digital media strategies that align with the client’s objectives and target audience’s needs.

  • Recommend and deploy available budgets for digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal allocation of funds and resources.

  • Regularly review expenditures against the budget with finance colleagues to predict success and results while delivering campaign performance and strategic goals.

  • Ensure transparency in budget reporting, providing detailed insights into spending versus performance to justify digital marketing investments to stakeholders.

  • Optimize and manage digital campaigns and track their progress against key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to enhance effectiveness. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and making adjustments when campaigns don’t perform.

  • Stay at the forefront of digital media advertising tactics and best practices. You bring this knowledge to your clients and Nendo’s to improve campaign performance and ROI.

  • Negotiate digital advertising agreements with publishers, partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure optimal placement and cost efficiency for the client’s budget.

  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports that align with Nendo’s approach and client expectations. You’ll use this to document learnings, offer insights, and suggest recommendations while demonstrating clear results.

  • Collaborate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met through detailed campaign insights and strategic recommendations based on solid data analysis.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and web developers to bring digital campaigns to life.

  • Conduct necessary market or consumer research to understand trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging audience and media opportunities.

  • Analyze data from digital campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

  • Perform keyword research to optimize content and improve ad performance.

  • Research and evaluate new digital marketing technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ digital activities regularly, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation. Based on this analysis, provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital media buying in a busy digital marketing agency, handling a portfolio of clients across different sectors, industries, and varying campaign objectives.

  • Relevant certifications, including Meta Ads, Google AdWords, and any other professional marketing, analytics, and reporting skills as needed to perform the role.

  • A proven track record of successfully running digital media campaigns with quantifiable results in improving CTRs and achieving high ROI.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, capable of driving decisions and optimizations in digital campaigns. You know your way around numbers and it shows.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with media vendors and clear, persuasive reporting to clients.

  • Excellent analytical skills and can leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
