  • 7+ years’ direct project management experience within a corporate or start-up environment.

  • Experience building and managing project management offices. It’s preferable if some of this experience is building “from zero”.

  • Strong pre-existing and demonstrable knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of Agile dynamics, including how to work with and implement scrum and sprints.

  • Ability to multitask and to manage varied priorities across multiple senior internal and external stakeholders that are geographically dispersed

  • Adaptability to an ever-changing environment; the candidate does not shy away from accountability

Responsibilities

  • The periodic definition and refinement of quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and associated projects and initiatives for each department, and the ensuing alignment of these to company-wide OKRs.

  • Oversight and support to overall project management across all departments including weekly/bi-weekly touchpoints with team leads.

  • Definition, implementation, and training of the team on project management tools that all departments will use in their operations.

  • Maintenance of the company’s project management dashboard.

  • Analysis of cross-departmental priorities, challenges, and opportunities to feed into Executive Committee strategy and operational oversight.

  • Coordination and leadership of project managers and project management staff who work directly with the Enterprise Project Management Office across the different departments.

  • Occasional execution of other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by members the company’s Executive Committee
