A Master's Degree in Rural/Community Development, (agricultural or development) economics, social sciences, development, or a related field, with complementary knowledge in concept development, training, and moderation in the fields of Project Cycle management (particularly planning and monitoring) and organizational development;
The candidate must have at least eight (8) years of professional and practical work experience in institutionalization of participatory techniques; rural development, community development; rural service delivery concerns; and poverty reduction in a developing country environment.
They should have experience in creating local capacity and assisting communities with needs analysis, project planning, and motivating, enabling, and supporting local innovations and solutions.
