Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market base, set up tents for our visibility and forms a big part of a relation between the company and the customers.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market base, set up tents for our visibility and forms a big part of a relation between the company and the customers.

Reports: To Supervisor


Key Roles:

  • Act as first line for management of team issues and discipline cases

  • Produce great performance in the team assigned and recommend changes if nay

  • Escalate any market related matters to the Sales Supervisor.

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales pipelines for business continuity.

  • Generate quality leads of all sales opportunities.

  • Meet sales activity targets, retain all new and existing clients.

  • Meet monthly sales target

  • Retaining existing clients to develop repeat business relationships and maximize revenue potential from these client

  • Take part in all sales activities ; morning, Door to door and evening activities.

  • Collect, analyse and communicate market and competitor intelligence for business improvement

  • Follow route plans for improved sales performance

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of the monthly sales targets as provided

  • Achievement of the monthly node penetration target set for assigned territory

  • Generation of leads and collection of the information to qualify the leads

  • Ability to drive performances whilst delivering results

  • Selling a recommendation mix products/packages

  • An excellent builder and motivator who will thrive on working closely with the team to achieve set targets

  • Strong planning ,organizing and networking skills

Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Minimum KCSE Certificate

  • Experience in Sales

  • Certificate in Sales is an added advantage

  • Competencies and personal attributes a persona added advantage

  • High levels on Integrity and customer relationship skills

  • Self driven and passionate about sale

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
