Emayian Luxury Camp is looking for a Butcher. Key roles will be planning, preparing, packing executing all portioning, and ordering meats and fish in accordance with standards. He will be responsible for executing plating guide specifications as well as maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Emayian Luxury Camp is looking for a Butcher. Key roles will be planning, preparing, packing executing all portioning, and ordering meats and fish in accordance with standards. He will be responsible for executing plating guide specifications as well as maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on Butcher experience and accurate knife skills
• Diploma or certificate in food and beverage course.
• The ability to follow recipes and support the company in all aspects of Cost Control.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work alone or in a team environment.
• Stand or walk 100% of the time while working in cold temperatures the majority of the time.
• Perform repetitive grasping, twisting, reaching, and hand/arm motions as the product is identified, wrapped, priced, and weighed.
• Use hands continuously to feel objects, and use tools and equipment to cut, prepare and pack meat products.
• Frequent bending, chapping and lifting.
Special Requirements:
• As this is a 24-hour operation you must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends if and when required.
• On call at all times.
• Discipline in time management.
