    • University degree in a related field, with postgraduate degrees preferred.
    • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in FMCG, Telco
    • 5+ years of experience in sales management and leadership.
    • Demonstrated success designing and implementing sales strategies across urban areas.
    • Ability to work in a self-led manner, in an environment with significant time pressure.

  • Oversee core sales channels including Agent Network and Customer Sales Team.
  • Design and deploy the Route to Market for peri urban and rural coverage for the KOKO Fuel category.
  • Set quarterly priorities and execute on activity plans to ensure delivery of targets.
  • Ensure effective execution of all Agent Network and Customer Sales processes through the sales cycle to enable a positive agent and customer experience.
  • Define requirements and engage collaboratively with in-house agent, customer support and marketing teams.
  • Recruit, manage and mentor a team of internal sales managers and representatives and oversee engagement with external sales agencies.
  • Ensure efficient management of budget.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share back to company leadership.
  • Play a key leadership role across the Commercial department as we scale towards 600,000 cooker customers and beyond
