To be accountable for assisting the business units in establishing and embedding a culture of compliance as well as ensuring that risk processes are implemented at business units level
Education

- Monitor Compliance levels of business units within applicable legislation by implementing the compliance risk management and monitoring plans
- To identify applicable legislations and analyses that impact thereof on the business units and applies it to the processes and procedure
- To provide monthly risk control logs updates and follows up with various line managers
- To compile monthly reports (standing reports) on issues identified and reports on actions taken to rectify the gaps
- To perform quarterly compliance audits on processes
- To provide reports on compliance breaches on a monthly and quarterly basis
To provide oversight for risk management activities and ensure Group risk policy statements are met
- To analyse Risk Management information received from reporting entities
- To facilitate and develop remedial actions with business Units to eliminate noncompliance with legislation and regulations
- To provide knowledge of systems/supporting guidance, procedures and assists the business in implementation of risk issues
- And any other duties assigned from time to time
