Ensuring highest standards of professional service to customers/guests.
Designing and developing day-to-day operational strategies and functions of the hotel/lodge to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Initiating cost effective controls and revenue management techniques.
Ensuring the hotel/lodge capacity is at 100% by closely monitoring the business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
Maintaining and managing the hotel/lodge equipment, infrastructure, inventories, and other facilities efficiently.
Ensuring optimal staffing, maintaining updated staff records and staff discipline, motivating and mentoring the hotel staff.
Ensuring full compliance to the hotel/lodge operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
Handling customers’ complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
Managing on-going profitability of the hotel/lodge, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
Liaising with the external stakeholders.
Must be a Graduate in Hospitality or Hotel Management or Sales and Marketing
Must be between 28-35
Minimum 5 years experience in a recognized hotel or lodge
Sales and Marketing Capability
Must have a wide network within the travel industry (especially with travel agents)
Basic Computing Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of all hotel operating procedures
Ability to manage several budgets
