Requirements
A Degree/Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
Housekeeping experience, managerial or business experience
A minimum of 2 years experience as an executive housekeeper
Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills, Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box and Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.
Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes.
Familiarity with the industry’s latest trends.
Proficiency in English and other languages added advantage.
Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Ability to work flexible hours.
Demonstrated teamwork ability and interpersonal skills
