Responsibilities

  • Support HODs and Line Managers on all performance management issues i.e setting KPIs, setting target, monitoring performance, and giving timely feedback.

  • Liaise with HODs and Line Managers to develop and implement incentives aimed at rewarding top performers and performance Improvement programs for those whose performance is below company acceptable standards.

  • Ensure performance improvement plans review meetings take place, staff progress and actions taken are documented.

  • Track and address performance trends while facilitating data-driven performance decisions

  • Provide regular performance guidance & coaching to Line Managers.

  • Extend job offers to Interns who successfully complete their internship program in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely staff confirmations or extension of probation period.

  • Design Performance linkages to reward, recognition, and talent development for all categories of staff.

  • Driving a high-performance culture through a robust performance management process.

  • Giving HR advise and building managers’ capability to effectively manage their teams.
  • Building and maintaining the great organizational culture, and continuously improve the employee experience.

  • Support managers through the succession planning process

  • Ensure implementation of approved employee engagement initiatives to ensure employees.
  • Work closely with line managers to identify training needs and ensure tailor-made trainings are administered.

  • Assigning training courses to staff through Talent LMS and preparing reports on training progress.

  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

  • Ensuring that training needs are met while adhering to approved training budget.

  • Participate in coming up with training calendar and budget.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management/ CHRP
  • Current and valid Membership with the Institute of Human Resources
    Management.
  • A least three (3) years’ experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least two years’ experience in Performance Management
  • Creates and maintains momentum and a sense of urgency toward
    desired results.
