Updating the Clientele Database - RFPs Tracker - Client Name, Type of Services, Proposal Date , Contact Person , Contact Details
Following up on submitted Tenders and providing status reports
Sourcing for Business through provided platforms
Admin.
Payments Tracker - Clients
Making requisition for Petty Cash
Requesting for Office Supplies when needed
Sending Invoice to clients
Documentation - E- Filing of Invoices, Payment Confirmations
HR Roles
External Job Posting on various Job Boards
Preparing below reports as requested
Interview Reports

PROFILE
A passion for Human Resources
Administrative experience essential, preferably in HR
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to converse and liaise at all levels
Proactive and can-do attitude, be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate tenacity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization & planning skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across duties and projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Systems literate – comfortable across Microsoft packages, experience with HR systems an advantage
