Job Brief

The IT Manager is responsible for providing a high level of operational stability for all property-based technology.

• Provide technical support for all hotel systems
  including but not limited to:

a) Administrative/Hotel Network and Servers.

b) Workstations nd Printers

c) Telecommunications Systems

d) All Hotel Software (e.g., PMS, POS, etc.)

e) Productivity Applications

f) Administration of Email Systems/Provider (Office 365)

• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks
  including:

a) Data protection/backup and disaster recovery

b) Vulnerability Management

• Management of software maintenance/updates
  

• Management of virus protection and end point
  protection

• General network and user administration tasks
  

• Creating and updating detailed documentation on all
  hotel systems

• Monitors
  the operation and security of all computer hardware, ensures it is operating
  properly.

• Managing all IT vendors including
  telecommunications systems

• Managing all IT-related projects, including renovation,
  construction, etc.

• Handle other system administration tasks and/or
  special projects as directed by the Management
