  1. Researching and finding companies that are hiring.

  2. Posting validated campaigns on the platform.

  3. Analyzing recruitment and talent needs trends to ensure we provide the right opportunities for our users.

  4. Facilitating the best user experience by posting roles with all the relevant information for a career builder to understand.

  5. Measuring performance of posted campaigns score and advising on methods to enhance performance.

  6. Supporting the AX team in posting internal campaigns on the platform.

  7. Supporting the Business Development team in lead generation.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Great research ability.

  • Good understanding of MS Office.
