About you:

The Laundry Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Lead and has the following responsibilities;
Inspect work processes to ensure they align with procedures and unique customer preferences.
Build systems to evaluate, measure, and enforce the quality of work done from pre to post QA level.
Document daily production data and update weekly on the team’s dashboard
Answer all internal inquiries regarding deliveries, laundry timelines; updates and ensure 100% customer service.
Create inventory management and requisition process that is seamless and efficient.
Ensure the laundry facility and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained in optimum operating condition.
Coordinate with Pickup and Delivery team members to ensure accurate order count and consistency in the delivery process.
Ensure compliance with chemical handling, health and safety standards. Conduct team meetings and safety training to ensure safety and preventive measures are understood and enforced.
REQUIREMENTS
Deep experience in Dry Cleaning and Laundromat Operation
Knowledge of proper use of chemicals, dosage, and formulas and the effect this has on Garments/linen.
Knowledge of proper treatment of clothes and special garments.
Effective communications skills, including presentation skills.
Demonstrated methodical approach to Laundry, dry cleaning, and finishing tasks.
Demonstrated results in improving production timeline through documented processes.
Possess very strong organizational, analytical and prioritizing skills.
Ability to accept a high degree of responsibility and accountability for others as well as yourself.
Ability to identify and address safety hazards within the work area.
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members, vendors, and contractors, both in written and verbal format
Must be willing to work flexible schedules/shifts as needed.
