Key Responsibilities
  1. Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; and revising all company documents.

  2. Drafting and completion of contracts/Agreements and ancillary Contract documentation. Advising on the application of the Law of Contract. Ensuring Contracts /Agreements are properly executed and witnessed, as well as been stamped and registered.

  3. Drafting and promptly execute Contracts/Agreements (SLA _ Service level agreement & NDA _ Non -disclosure agreement for all existing and new business partners , suppliers and analysing the legal issues on such proposed partnerships.

  4. Drafting letters, revising documents collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications and Correspondence; organizing client conferences, and attend meetings as appropriate.

    Offering general Legal Advisory services to the group on the below: Finance and Banking Industry ,On new developments of law ,Employment Issues ,Real Estate issues and other issues affecting group

  5. Supply to the group the Legal Due Diligence Report on all legal files in a timely manner on forwarded to Advocates after receipt of instructions and supporting documents, in charge of researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents.

  6. The Legal Intern shall not, without group’s prior written consent, disclose the agreement or any provision thereof, or any specification or information furnished by or on behalf of NCL in connection therewith, to any third party.

  7. Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence and the Legal Intern shall not without group’s prior written consent, make use of any document or information for group in any other manner other than in the manner provided herein and in accordance with group instructions.

  8. The Legal Intern shall be in charge of registering all the chattels for all existing clients who have existing loans online.

  9. The Legal Intern is expected to carry out frequent trainings on changes of Acts and laws of contract.

  10. The Legal Intern may be required to perform any other services of legal nature as may be instructed by Group (CEO and the BOD)

Qualifications & Skills

  1. A Degree in Law (LL. B) from a recognized University

  2. Must have graduated within the last 24 months and/or awaiting graduation.

  3. Provide a recommendation/reference letter from the university attended; and

  4. Should not have undertaken any other Internship programme or been exposed to work
    experience related to their area of study since graduating.

  5. Ability to pro-actively and creatively manage potential legal issues.

  6. A team player willing to learn, adapt and work with minimum supervision.

  7. Excellent organisation, administration, communication, influencing, and interpersonal
    skills.

  8. High levels of energy and enthusiasm and ability to work long hours, under tight
    deadlines and to deliver to multiple stakeholders; and

  9. High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
