For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: -

(i) A minimum period of twelve (10) years relevant work experience and at least five (5) years in a management role in comparable and relevant position;

(ii) Bachelors degree in any of the following discipline; -   Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management/Development/Planning, Law, Business Administration, Management and Office Administration, Management and Leadership, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Statistics, Labour and Development Studies, Public   5  Administration, International Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

(iii) Masters degree in any of the following discipline; -   Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management/Development/Planning, Law, Business Administration, Management and Office Administration, Management and Leadership, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Statistics, Labour and Development Studies, Public Administration, International Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; (iv) Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks;

(v) Membership of a relevant professional body and in good standing (vi) Proficiency in computer applications;

(vii) Demonstrated results in work performance;

(viii) Good communication skills,

(ix) Meet the provision of Chapter Six of Constitution
