As a Marketing Manager Volume, you will oversee the volume portfolio of insulin , strategy development, tactical planning, resource allocation, and execution to drive patient reach in private and public channels across the affiliate. This role requires traveling up to 50%.

Your other responsibilities will be:

  • Create a mid- to long-term marketing strategy considering current and future volume products, managing the life cycle of different products, and ensuring that resource allocation aligns with our ambition of reaching +2 million patients by 2030.
  • Coordinate the development of a tactical plan to achieve business unit objectives and ensure the required promotional budget allocation. You will develop and implement a digital strategy to increase volume product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, and provide promotional material.
  • Lead a cross-functional working group for alignment and collaboration on the Game plan process for the volume business in Middle Africa.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver patient reach for the volume portfolio in the affiliate.
  • Manage multiple market capture projects and engage stakeholders to drive our overall Middle Africa ambition of reaching >75% Market capture by 2030.
