- Have extensive work experience in senior management roles within the laboratory, quality management, and assurance space.
- Some experience serving on a board of directors will be excellent but optional.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen, with experience overseeing sales strategies and marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of quality management systems will be a great advantage.
- Some working knowledge of the international donor funding landscape for quality and food systems will be a great value add.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and provide valuable input on critical business decisions.
