Key Responsibilities

1. Office Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Cleaning of the office desks, dustingof surfaces and cleaning of utensils.


  • Dusting the surfaces every morningbefore 8am.


  • Arrangement of office furniture.
  • General and thorough cleaning of theoffice after 1pm on Saturday.


  • 2. Filemovement management.


    • Retrieving files from the cabinet intime of loan processing or reviewing


  • Recording the file recipient to ensurefile movement is traceable.


  • Filing any additional documents inrespective files and placing of separators to ensure clear definitions of the

    various documents in the files.

  • Updating the filing system databasefrom time to time and ensuring a proper filing system is maintained.


  • 3. Kitchen& Office Stock Management


    • In charge of the office stockmanagement and effective reordering. Stock shall include the following: Office

      stationery, Kitchen items including water and toiletry and Any other item to be
    • retrieved at the store.

  • Maintain a records of kitchen shoppingand


  • 4.Time Management

    •  Opening the office by 6.30 am everyday Monday to Saturday.        

    5.  Preparing staff &clients tea on time by

    7am every day

    6.  Assist in Receipt writing of cheques deposited as andwhen instructed by the accountant


      • Assist in Cash and cheque depositing as and when instructed by the accountant

    1. Bank statement collection/ bounced cheque collection as and when instructed by
    2. the accountant

  • Office bills payment {payment of Kenya power bills, National Hospital Insurance Fund,
  • National Social Security Fund, House Rent}
  • Serving clients with drinks

  • Supervising other cleaners contracted by the company.

  • Support in organizing meetings.

  • Perform any other duties as directed by management, CEO and BOD.

  • Qualificationsand skills


    • Demonstrate a high degree of honesty, integrity, and commitment toduty.


  • One-year experience in a busy office.

  • Exposure to general office support. Knowledge of modern officeprocedures.


  • Computer Literate (word and Excel).

  • O-level Education. Diploma will be an added advantage.

  • Good Communication & Customer service skills.

  • Basic organization and planning skills.
