- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the textile department, furniture department, and sewing department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage the production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to optimize workflow, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics, regularly tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop production plans and schedules, considering customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components for production.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, logistics and directors to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operations.
