We are rapidly growing and seeking an experienced people/talent expert to manage employee evaluations, growth, and goal-driven performance/KPI tracking. As the Employee Achievement and Success Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy at our company by enforcing and driving performance-oriented and achievement-oriented culture through regular KPI and assessment tracking strategies and processes. This leadership role will require a deep understanding of startup culture, experience in fast-growing environments, and a passion for making a lasting impact in emergency response.

• Expand performance management systems to align individual and team goals with the company's objectives.
  
• Implement regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance overall productivity.
  
• Deploy data-driven and KPI-driven assessments and monitoring to ensure performance-driven culture.
  
• Build out the relevant HR functions, including but not limited to performance-based compensation policies, performance tracking and assessment procedures, employee onboarding, performance-based incentives and benefits, and employee goal alignment.
  
• Coach and develop existing leaders while identifying and nurturing emerging leaders toward goal-alignment, performance-based culture and processes.
