Procurement Duties:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier performance and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and ethical standards.

Accounts Assistance Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting statutory returns and tax filings.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
