  • At least 3-5 years’ proven experience working in Product Management field.
  • Orientation to results mindset.
  • Ambition, hungriness for success, drive to achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze financial and operational performance).  
  • Strong understanding of Digital and other Marketing channels
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on approach to work with ability to build from scratch & scale up quickly.

1.Marketing and Communication:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy to promote motorbike financing products.
  • Oversee all the digital & offline content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Initiate campaigns and/or special offers to keep loan issuances within the budget.

2.Process improvements & portfolio management:

  • Execute customer base communications and marketing programs to upsell and cross-sell for our large base of customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline loan issuances on web channel.

3.Ownership:

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to product growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Have the growth mindset, do not be afraid to think big and take responsibility & ownership.
