Position: Office Admin - Automotive Industry .

Location : Nairobi.

Job Brief.

You will be incharge of operational and administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run

smoothly at the workshop . You will oversee protocol and internal controls within the accounting

department, operations and client satisfaction. You will track systems for office supplies, paperwork

filing and other office management tasks. You will manage office staff and some human resources




Responsibilities

Position: Office Admin - Automotive Industry .

Location : Nairobi.

Job Brief.

You will be incharge of operational and administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run

smoothly at the workshop . You will oversee protocol and internal controls within the accounting

department, operations and client satisfaction. You will track systems for office supplies, paperwork

filing and other office management tasks. You will manage office staff and some human resources




Roles and Responsibilities.

● Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management .

● Reconciles select supplies accounts monthly.

● Approves adjustments to inventory and receivable accounts.

● Ensures compliance with all government regulations.

● Administers charge-back program for late charges to inventory.

● Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan and works with management.

● Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management .

● Controls keys to buildings and maintains log of keys issued to employees..

● Set targets time/dates for the workshop floor and ensure they are met.

● Prepare quotations ,respond and send emails to the clients.

● Ensure quality control of our services ,arrange for employee training.

● Bridge the gap between directors and workers.

● Keep a professional outlook of the workshop.

● Ensure the daily,weekly and monthly duty roosters are adhered to.

● Social Media Marketing.

● Maintains a professional appearance.

● Attends meetings as requested.

● Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Management, Front Office Administration or a related discipline.

• At least 2-3 years’ of front office / admin  experience from a reputable garage.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Innovative and solutions oriented.

• Honest and with strong integrity.

• Intelligent, quick learner and quick thinker.

• Good Customer service skills
