The ideal candidate for this role of Proposal Writer Consultant must have an excellent track record of writing high quality documentation (concept notes, presentations, proposals, budgets, reports, log frames, Theories of Change, etc.) for different international donors as a lead proposal writer. S/he must also have history of winning donor proposals for donors including USAID, EC, FCDO and UN Agencies. S/he must be knowledgeable on the technical aspect of education, health, and/or livelihoods.

The Proposal Writer Consultant will be part of the talent pool who will be on a retainer framework agreement or over a specific period of time depending on the demands to work on funding opportunities in the areas of Education, Health and Livelihoods. S/He will be drawn at surge times to respond to prospective funding opportunities. The consultants will be responsible to coordinate the relevant bid team and lead on the drafting of high quality bid documents in line with donor guidelines.
