Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manning the reception desk;
  2. Receiving and profiling ushering guests/ visitors;
  3. Guiding and directing visitors to designated offices and areas;
  4. Maintaining daily record of visitor’s details;
  5. Maintaining good ambience in the reception area;
  6. Responding to visitors’ queries;
  7. Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from to time.
