The position of the receptionist exists in the organization as the face of the organization, the incumbent embodies the organization’s customer focus, readiness to serve, and a warm welcome to all our internal and external customers
Shall participate in the interview of prospecting pupils through typing of interview materials photocopying and organization of the materials for use.
Shall assist faculty in any typing duties as may be assigned only through the headteacher.
Shall admit pupils into the school and complete all the admission forms and filling all admission records.
Shall photocopy work for the faculty upon approval by the head teacher.
Shall perform typing tasks from the management and admin offices as may be assigned from time to time.
Shall maintain cleanliness in the office of the manager, head teacher and the deputy head teacher at all times. Timely attendance to the offices will ensure the offices run without interruption.
Shall arrange and organize the manager and head teacher’s offices every morning for the start of the day.
Shall receive documents and records sort them and avail them for filling in either the HRO or the Admin assistant’s office.
Shall regulate all the visitors visiting the offices by scheduling their appointments and providing proper guidance on who to talk to with the highest level of decorum.
Shall conduct all duties with the highest level of confidentiality and at no time shall cross the limits of disclosure. All official information must only be conveyed to the relevant office.
Shall endevour to display the highest level of neatness organization and personal grooming as befits the responsibility and put on a warm receptive demeanour in performance of the assigned roles.
Shall serve tea and meals to the offices of the director, manager, head teacher and the deputy head teacher.
Shall perform all secretarial and receptionist duties as assigned by the management and the administration, shall be expected to prioritize tasks and communicate duly if any delays are expected. The HR office shall assist in work scheduling and offloading.
Shall perform such other duties as may be allocated to you by the management from time to time.
