Person Specifications

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have at least: -

• Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, Development Studies, Economics, International Relations, 
  
• Public Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Commerce or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution and;
  
• Proficiency in computer applications;
  
• Fulfilling the requirements of the Chapter Six of the Constitution

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have at least: -

• Conducting research on potential donors/partners;
  
• Preparation of project proposals for funding agencies; 
  
• Drafting correspondence to partners;
  
• Updating donor databases to record their contacts and preference information;
  
• Maintaining a network of donor contacts; 
  
• Sensitizing and training team members on fund raising and communications skills and strategy; and 
  
• Organizing events for partnership building between implementers and potential partners.
