Job Brief

We are looking for qualified Restaurant Managers to join our team. Their responsibilities will include managing and organizing daily restaurant/outlet operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high quality guest experience for example, creating work schedules for restaurant staff, participation in onboarding and training of restaurant staff, driving compliance in following company policies, promoting guest experience through building relations with guests, addressing any concerns as well as solving problems.

Job Brief

Their responsibilities will include managing and organizing daily restaurant/outlet operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high quality guest experience for example, creating work schedules for restaurant staff, participation in onboarding and training of restaurant staff, driving compliance in following company policies, promoting guest experience through building relations with guests, addressing any concerns as well as solving problems.




  • Communicating job expectations, plans, monitor, appraise and review job performance while enforcing policies and procedures

  • Achieving restaurant operational excellence with integrity by contributing ideas and recommendations to development plans and review;

  • Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production; product quality; customer service standards

  • Resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change

  • Controlling cost by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation

  • Adhering to marketing objectives by executing marketing strategy as communicated from time to time

  • Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations and securing revenues

  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary

  • Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses

  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints

  • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards

  • Prepare reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent

  • At least 5 years of Food and Beverage service industry experience with the last 2 in a similar role

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certificate

  • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health standards

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent proven leaderships skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets

  • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
